Developers Motion to Dismiss Case as Moot; Judge Counters Request

Level-McCombs Joint Venture (LMJV), the developer behind plans to build a large resort "village" in Wolf Creek, has asked for the court to dismiss the case as moot. SLVEC celebrates that LMJV's request was denied in November, as the development would severely impact local ecology and wildlife. Read the following document to learn more details about the ruling.
